RANDALL E. PHILLIPS

Randall E. Phillips is the President and Principal of Provizer & Phillips, P.C. Mr. Phillips has extensive experience in complex state and federal court civil litigation, concentrating in areas of construction defects, professional liability, insurance coverage, environmental and toxic torts, and products liability. Mr. Phillips is a graduate of the University of Michigan with high distinction in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan in 1975. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar, Florida State Bar, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel and ASCE. He was admitted to U.S. District Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1990 and the United States Supreme Court in 2004. Mr. Phillips has significant experience as author and seminar speaker. He is a past Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and also an Oakland County and Washtenaw County Mediator/Case Evaluator. He is also a Certified Facilitator with ICLE Training. He has received the highest rating (AV) in Martindale Hubbell for ethics and skills.

MARILYN A. MADORSKY

Marilyn A. Madorsky is a Principal of Provizer & Phillips, P.C. She has extensive experience in complex state and federal court civil litigation, concentrating in the areas of Toxic Tort, Professional Liability and
Employment Law, Commercial Litigation and Asbestos Litigation. She has had articles published in a monograph of the Defense Research Institute and has lectured on Environmental Insurance Issues. Ms. Madorsky is a graduate of the University of Michigan, in 1975 and received her B.A. with high
distinction. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 1977. Ms. Madorsky was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1978 and the Michigan Bar in 1981. She is a member of DRI, Michigan State Bar Association, and State Bar of Wisconsin.

EVAN A. ZAGORIA

Evan A. Zagoria is a Principal of Provizer & Phillips, P.C. Mr. Zagoria is active in the representation of claims with Social Security Administration, United States Railroad Retirement Board, ERISA and private disability insurance matters. He is a frequent lecturer at National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (N.O.S.S.C.R.) conferences. He has been a speaker for various national and local groups including the American Conference Institute and the Indiana Bar. Mr. Zagoria is the founder and Chair Emeritus of the Social Security Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He is a graduate of the University of Miami with a B.A., in 1972, and the University of Florida Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1975. He is admitted to practice in the States of Michigan and Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also served on the Board of Directors of N.O.S.S.C.R. for eight years.

CONSTANCE S. HALL

Constance S. Hall, is an Associate of Provizer & Phillips, P.C. Ms. Hall is active in Environmental Toxic Tort Litigation, Defense and Coverage Litigation, Medical Product Defense, Products Liability. Ms. Hall is the author of several technical articles in the fields of Microbiology and Chemistry. She is a graduate of Wayne State University with a B.S., major in Chemistry in 1949, University of Michigan, M.A., Major in Chemistry 1964-1965, Detroit College of Law, Juris Doctor in 1986 and was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1987.

MARK S. BAUMKEL

Mark S. Baumkel is a Member of Provizer & Phillips, P.C. Mr. Baumkel handles a variety of Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Products Liability Litigation, and Class Action matters. He has been lead counsel in Products Liability and Class Action cases in various state and federal courts. Mr.
Baumkel is a graduate of Oakland University, B.A. cum laude in 1973 and received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University, J.D. cum laude in 1977. He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1977, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan in 1985, in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Mr. Baumkel also has been an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a Mediator for the counties of Wayne and Oakland Michigan. Mr. Baumkel also is a member of the Oakland County Bar
